📋 Description

• As Manager of Business Intelligence at Medely Inc., you will lead the BI function and drive data-informed decision-making across a high-growth healthcare technology startup reimagining healthcare staffing through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools.
• You will be hands-on with SQL, dashboard development, analytical deep-dives, and model building while leading a BI Analyst, owning the BI roadmap, and enabling self-service analytics across the organization by training stakeholders and establishing data governance standards.
• Medely is a fully remote, series-C startup with a mission to transform healthcare staffing by connecting healthcare professionals with facilities in real time, backed by top-tier investors and composed of sharp, collaborative, and entrepreneurial individuals dedicated to improving patient lives.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling BI infrastructure, applying AI/ML to analytics workflows, translating complex data into strategic business decisions, and gaining direct exposure to executive leadership as you report to the VP of Financial Operations and influence company-wide growth, operations, and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field with at least one year managing a direct report
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write clean, optimized queries and understand underlying systems
• Strong proficiency in a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with understanding of effective dashboard design
• Experience with Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and workflow automation
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
