- • Manager of Card Schemes, Reported Fraud, Ongoing Monitoring at Tide Platform Limited, leading end-to-end chargeback operations for issuing and acquiring across UK and EU markets, managing two Team Leads and their teams (around 10 people each), overseeing the full dispute lifecycle from initial chargeback through pre-arbitration and beyond.
- • Day to day responsibilities include making expert calls on representment, pre-arbitration, and scheme escalations; driving performance against recovery rates, SLAs, and operational KPIs; working cross-functionally with Fraud, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Data teams to improve processes and tooling; and acting as the go-to expert on Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and dispute strategy across the business.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in card disputes, chargebacks, or payments operations with essential issuing and acquiring experience
- • Proven track record managing team leads or managers in fintech, payments, or financial services
- • Strong knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules and the chargeback lifecycle
- • Data-driven and operationally excellent—using management information to drive decisions and improve performance
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and excited by the challenge
