- • The Manager, CDI Services supports the overall success of the CDI Staffing Division by managing and assisting the Director and SVP of CDI Services, playing a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and team performance.
- • Day to day, the Manager communicates with leadership and staff on schedule needs, facilitates onboarding of concurrent review CDIS, reviews weekly productivity reports and timecards with Project Leads, notifies leadership of errors or concerns, reports project status updates, participates in education development and delivery, assists in new hire orientation, collaborates on education topics, monitors SharePoint folder maintenance, and conducts weekly rounds with Project Leads for updates and needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Recognized credential from ACDIS (CCDS) or AHIMA (CDIP)
- • Current license as a registered nurse (RN)
- • BSN or MSN preferred
- • Experience with telecommuting and electronic medical record systems required
- • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
- • Strong team player with ability to train and mentor others
