- • Lead and manage operations for ongoing commercialization client engagements with life sciences and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring timely delivery of strategic insights and analytics-driven solutions.
- • Serve as primary project leader for client initiatives, overseeing end-to-end execution from planning and resource allocation to delivery and post-project evaluation.
- • Manage and mentor a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance on data methodologies, client communication, and professional development.
- • Enhance and optimize data processes by designing scalable workflows for collecting, cleaning, integrating, and reporting commercial and medical data across client systems.
- • Deploy and leverage proprietary and third-party technology platforms to support forecasting, territory design, customer segmentation, and performance reporting for life sciences clients.
- • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable business insights that inform go-to-market strategies, sales force effectiveness, and customer engagement initiatives.
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations, and delivering value through data-driven recommendations.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate advanced analytics, including artificial intelligence tools, into client solutions for improved predictive modeling and customer insight generation.
- • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data governance protocols when handling sensitive medical and commercial datasets.
- • Develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating findings, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through process innovation and technology adoption.
- • Stay current with evolving trends in life sciences commercialization, healthcare analytics, and digital health technologies to inform client strategy and service offerings.
- • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between consulting, technology, and analytics teams to align deliverables with client objectives and company capabilities.
- • Contribute to the development of new service offerings and methodologies by applying lessons learned from client engagements to enhance Beghou’s intellectual property.
- • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and scoping new projects based on client needs and market opportunities.

- • Proven experience managing commercial operations or analytics projects in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of analysts or consultants
- • Expertise in designing and optimizing data processes for commercial and medical datasets
- • Proficiency in deploying and utilizing analytics platforms or technology solutions for forecasting, territory design, or customer data management
- • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of managing key client relationships
- • Deep understanding of life sciences commercialization challenges and go-to-market strategies
