📋 Description
- • Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our dynamic finance team. This is a critical and highly visible role where you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy and operational excellence across the organization. As a key business partner, you will bring thought leadership to our finance operations, focusing on scaling critical corporate finance deliverables. Your responsibilities will encompass leading monthly and quarterly consolidations, managing key corporate finance forecasts, and conducting in-depth ad hoc scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- • In this role, you will be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within the Finance, Strategy, and Operations organizations, fostering a collaborative environment. You will own critical month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This includes performing detailed forecast variance analysis, preparing Board of Directors (BOD) materials, and leading quarterly financial reviews (QFRs).
- • You will take the lead in conducting monthly and quarterly forecast calls within the FP&A organization. Leveraging our advanced FP&A systems tool, such as Pigment, you will drive thoughtful discussions and develop concise, insightful narratives that clearly articulate financial performance and outlook. Your expertise will be crucial in the financial forecast ownership of key corporate policies, employee benefits, and the development of ad hoc financial scenarios.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building sophisticated sensitivity modeling for both near-term operational planning and long-range strategic planning. You will provide essential support to leadership and collaborate closely with the department-facing FP&A Business Partner Leads and Analysts, guiding them on planning and forecasting activities across both short-term and long-term horizons.
- • You will be adept at synthesizing complex financial models and analyses into clear, actionable takeaways. Your ability to present data and findings through visually impactful presentations will be key to driving changes that enhance the visibility and predictability of our key corporate finance forecasts. Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining financial dashboards and executive-level reporting to clearly communicate topline performance and critical business insights to stakeholders.
- • This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A, offering a direct line of sight into senior financial operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and a proven track record in corporate finance functions. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, ensuring Procore remains at the forefront of financial planning and analysis in the technology sector.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to identifying financial risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies, and capitalizing on growth prospects. You will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives. Your analytical rigor and business acumen will be essential in translating financial data into strategic recommendations that drive business value and support sustainable growth.
- • You will also be involved in evaluating the financial implications of new business initiatives, investments, and strategic partnerships. This includes developing financial models, performing due diligence, and providing recommendations to senior management. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders will be paramount in securing buy-in and driving successful execution of strategic plans.
- • The Manager, Corporate FP&A will be a key contributor to the financial health and strategic direction of Procore, working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and remote-first environment. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help shape financial strategies and drive informed decision-making.
