  • • The Manager, Customer Success at Propelus Inc. leads and develops a team of Customer Success Professionals to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion in a healthcare compliance technology company with over 20 years of industry leadership.
  • • Day to day, the role involves mentoring CSMs, supporting complex contract renewals and upsells, analyzing customer health data to mitigate churn, designing workflows with Operations-aligned processes, and presenting strategic insights to Director-level leadership.
  • • Propelus simplifies workforce compliance management across healthcare through innovative technology and strategic partnerships, empowering millions of professionals, employers, and regulators to create a safer, healthier workforce ecosystem.
  • • In this role, the person will develop leadership expertise in scaling customer success functions, master data-driven retention strategies, and gain cross-functional influence by aligning CS initiatives with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive NRR and organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team of customer success professionals
  • • Proven track record of driving customer retention, growth, and advocacy
  • • Proficiency in using customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Planhat) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
  • • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
