- • As Manager, Customer Success at Medely, you will lead a team of SMB Customer Success Managers to drive Net Revenue, retention, and expansion across a large book of business, ensuring thousands of healthcare facilities recognize the value of the platform.
- • You will design and implement scalable engagement strategies, define operational excellence, translate company objectives into team plans, and serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional issues while acting as the internal 'voice of the customer' to Product.
- • Medely is a high-growth Series-C tech startup reimagining healthcare work through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools, backed by top-tier investors and composed of a fully remote, collaborative, entrepreneurial team dedicated to transforming healthcare staffing.
- • In this role, you will develop retention and expansion playbooks, coach your team in commercial and engagement skills, forecast headcount needs, analyze churn and health data, onboard new hires, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while growing your leadership impact in a mission-driven environment.
