  • • As Manager of Customer Success Management at HighLevel Inc., you will build and lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), establishing strong relationship management practices and scalable Customer Success methodologies to drive rapid time-to-value, product adoption, and onboarding excellence.
  • • Day to day, you will lead and mentor a team of CSMs, develop and implement customer success frameworks, monitor customer health and adoption metrics, coordinate onboarding processes, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to improve retention and expansion opportunities.
  • • HighLevel is an AI-powered, all-in-one white-label sales & marketing platform serving over 2 million businesses globally, processing over 4 billion API hits and 2.5 billion message events daily, with a remote-first culture spanning 15+ countries and 1,500+ team members focused on innovation, collaboration, and customer impact.
  • • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling customer success operations, gain deep insight into SaaS customer lifecycle management, and drive measurable improvements in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction across a high-growth, global customer base.
