- • Lead and mentor a remote team of up to 10 customer support representatives to deliver timely, delightful experiences for dental practices using Archy’s AI-powered practice management platform.
- • Own team performance against SLAs, CSAT, and quality standards, ensuring high-resolution rates and customer retention through data-driven accountability and process optimization.
- • Partner with recruiting to hire, onboard, and scale the support team while contributing to workforce planning aligned with Archy’s Series B growth and customer demand.
- • Drive operational excellence by managing ticketing systems, creating SOPs, handling complex escalations, and integrating AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- • Develop training resources and documentation to empower both the support team and dental practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and product mastery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of SaaS support experience with proven leadership in a fast-growing SaaS environment (Series A–B preferred).
- • Demonstrated expertise in managing and inspiring remote teams through clear metrics, accountability, and performance-driven culture.
- • Strong operational background in scaling support functions and optimizing workflows using platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom.
- • Comfortable solving technical issues across multiple systems, with a structured approach to complex support tickets and ambiguity.
- • Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve outcomes, productivity, and team impact.
- • Exceptional communication skills to advocate for customers and lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
