📋 Description

• • The Manager, Data & AI will lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to develop and deploy intelligent, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value to CSI’s products and customers, combining technical leadership with strategic innovation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring a high-performing team, guiding best practices in ML model development and governance, architecting and deploying production-ready AI solutions, overseeing analytics assets like dashboards and visualizations, staying current with emerging AI trends, championing responsible AI practices, and driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and QA teams.
