• • In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a talented group of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Architects. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing some of the most exciting and challenging problems faced by leading companies and government entities in today's rapidly evolving landscape. You will be at the forefront of developing novel machine learning and AI solutions, with a clear mandate to see them through from conception to production deployment within critical applications and systems.
• • Your day-to-day will be a stimulating blend of strategic client engagement and hands-on technical leadership. You will engage directly with both current and prospective clients, delving deep to understand their unique business needs. This involves translating those needs into precise technical requirements, and then articulating your findings and proposed solutions in a clear, concise, and actionable manner that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• • On the technical front, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of efficient data pipelines. These pipelines will be capable of handling both structured and unstructured data, forming the robust foundation for advanced analytics and machine learning models. You will champion best practices in data engineering and ensure the scalability and reliability of our data infrastructure.
• • A core responsibility will be the productionization of machine learning research. This includes deploying models effectively in both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and performant. You will guide the team in rapid prototyping of solutions, demonstrating the art of the possible and integrating new data sources seamlessly to enhance model accuracy and utility.
• • Driving optimization, rigorous testing, and the adoption of advanced tooling will be paramount to improving the quality and effectiveness of our deployed solutions.
