• • The Manager, Deal Desk role at Smartsheet is a critical individual contributor position supporting Global Sales teams in facilitating complex deals through the Quote to Cash sales cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving deal execution efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary point of contact for the EMEA sales team, managing daily Deal Desk operations and internal controls, acting as a trusted advisor on deal structuring, elevating complex issues to stakeholders like Legal, Finance, and Security, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain zero processing errors.

• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in the Quote to Cash process, become a subject matter expert on SaaS deal structures, drive process efficiencies, and gain cross-functional exposure across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Compliance teams while contributing to high-impact enterprise deals.
