• • Executive Assistant: Marketing & Communications Lead at Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is a strategic role that ensures seamless communication, marketing execution, and operational consistency across client-facing and internal functions.
• • Day to day, you will manage shared inboxes (hello@, care@, accounting@, tax@), guide clients through onboarding and offboarding, maintain and execute the content calendar using tools like Social Pilot, schedule and publish content, analyze performance for continuous improvement, build SOPs and templates, refine workflows, align schedules, track details, and act as a trusted right hand to leadership by turning direction into execution.
