- • The Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of projects across Computer Systems, Inc., ensuring successful initiation through closure while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations for internal, departmental, and customer-facing initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving project handovers from sponsors, facilitating kickoff meetings, developing and refining project plans, assigning team roles, reviewing plans with customers, managing project execution, tracking progress, leading status meetings, providing written updates, escalating risks, conducting post-project reviews, collecting customer feedback, improving processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, mentoring other PMs, and serving as backup to department leadership.
