• • The Assistant Store Manager at Dyson Limited supports the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional owner experiences through product demonstrations, education, and community building at the Dyson Demo Zone in Chadstone Shopping Centre. This role is vital to strengthening customer engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring operational excellence in a fixed-term contract position running until April 2027.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting store operations, staffing, training, and customer service; leading and inspiring a team of Retail Experts to deliver optimal owner experiences; leading by example in product demonstrations and store presentation; taking ownership of individual and store KPIs including sales, service, and profitability; launching new products; maintaining up-to-date product knowledge; promoting a positive work culture; performing embossing and gift wrapping services; and completing operational tasks such as cleaning and tidying communal areas.
