📋 Description

• • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across clinical, pre-commercial, and commercial phases, including launch and post-launch stabilization, ensuring scalable, compliant, and resilient operations for Xenon’s neuroscience therapeutics pipeline.
• • Drive integrated demand, supply, and inventory planning, establish S&OP processes, lead scenario planning, and manage third-party manufacturer relationships to support commercialization timelines and regulatory readiness.
• • Join a neuroscience-focused biopharmaceutical company advancing a robust pipeline of ion channel modulators for epilepsy, depression, and pain, with Phase 3 programs nearing NDA submission and a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and scientific excellence.
