📋 Description

• • Lead high-impact technical teams responsible for the core infrastructure of Binance.US’s centralized crypto exchange, driving innovation, security, and scalability in a remote-first environment.
• • Manage frontend, backend, and mobile app development engineers as a player-coach, setting performance expectations, mentoring team members, and contributing to design and implementation when needed.
• • Develop and execute technical roadmaps aligned with business goals, collaborating with Product, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to deploy innovative features and enforce engineering best practices.
• • Oversee platform services design, development, and maintenance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security for real-time trading, while integrating with vendor platforms and adopting modern architectures like microservices and automation.
• • Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, articulating strategies, progress, and challenges through detailed reports and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
