• • Manager, Engineering role leading the Core Portal team at Kodex Inc., responsible for guiding engineers who build the central interface through which customers interact with the platform for secure data exchange with law enforcement and government agencies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and coaching engineers; consolidating inputs into a prioritized backlog; running effective planning and prioritization; improving remote communication habits; partnering with Product Managers on roadmaps and requirements; engaging in technical discussions on architecture and systems design; encouraging AI tool adoption (e.g., Claude Code); ensuring system reliability and maintainability; and defining/tracking team goals while communicating progress to leadership.
