- • Lead and mentor a globally distributed DataOps team to optimize data pipelines, real-time processing, and database operations, ensuring high performance and collaboration across regions.
- • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and streaming applications using Kafka, Flink, Airflow, and AWS, while managing database integrity, performance, and security.
- • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow, implement data governance best practices, and drive automation and efficiency improvements in DataOps processes.
- • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of data infrastructure supporting NICE’s global customer experience and financial crime prevention platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, OR 5+ years of experience in DataOps, Data Engineering, or related field.
- • Proven experience managing and leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL databases).
- • Expertise in real-time data processing technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
- • Experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration and cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS.
- • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
