- • Lead and direct specialized teams responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading renewable energy assets to ensure reliable performance and operational excellence.
- • Oversee daily operations and full P&L management across multiple external projects while fulfilling service requests for internal stakeholders, reporting to the Associate Director, Specialty Service.
- • Plan and execute complex projects involving internal teams and third-party providers, providing expert guidance on financial performance and equipment reliability to facility management.
- • Set strategic direction for supervisors and coordinators in operations, process improvement, business analysis, and O&M and capital budget planning.
- • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and benchmarking while ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- • Maintain positive relationships with public and private stakeholders, including community leaders, landowners, and project lenders.
- • Develop workforce plans addressing compensation, training, development, performance, and labor relations to build a skilled, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
- • Partner with trade schools to build a pipeline of technical talent and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance with state and federal permits.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or high school diploma/GED with nine years of relevant experience.
- • Five or more years of relevant work experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
- • In-depth knowledge and experience in the specific specialized field being managed (e.g., gearbox and generator repair).
- • Experience overseeing contractors and administering programs related to policy, contracts, and procedures.
- • Knowledge of work management processes, Maximo scheduling, contractor oversight, contract management, and project management.
- • Understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety measures and controls for training and program rollout.
