- • As the Manager, Global Partner Experience at Airwallex, you will lead the strategic design and execution of the global partner program to accelerate adoption and revenue growth through a thriving ecosystem of partners and developers, directly contributing to Airwallex’s mission of building the future of global finance.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the partner program—from recruitment and enablement to incentives, pricing, and performance tracking—working cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- • The GTM Partnership team at Airwallex is a high-impact, collaborative group of builders and dealmakers dedicated to expanding Airwallex’s reach through strategic partnerships, operating within a fast-paced, innovative culture that values ownership, curiosity, and first-principles thinking.
- • In this role, you will develop executive presence by presenting program insights and KPIs to senior leadership, drive measurable partner ecosystem growth, and gain deep expertise in global partner strategy, enablement, and monetization within a high-growth fintech leader valued at US$8 billion.
- • You will design and launch partner-facing initiatives including pricing models, promotional offers, and enablement resources, directly influencing partner productivity and revenue contribution while building scalable processes for long-term program sustainability.
- • You will establish and report on critical partner program KPIs—such as partner-sourced revenue, activation rates, and enablement effectiveness—to inform investment decisions and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven iteration.
- • You will lead partner recruitment and awareness campaigns to expand the global partner base, ensuring diverse, high-quality partners are onboarded and equipped to succeed with Airwallex’s suite of financial products.
- • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate partner feedback into product enhancements, ensuring the platform evolves to meet partner and end-user needs in key markets.
- • You will partner with marketing and enablement to co-create go-to-market campaigns, joint value propositions, and co-selling motions that amplify partner-led sales and increase market penetration.
- • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating program effectiveness, gathering partner feedback, and iterating on incentives, training, and support mechanisms to drive long-term partner loyalty and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Partner Program Management, Partner Enablement, or a closely related role managing global partner ecosystems
- • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue growth and program performance through strategic initiatives, pricing, and incentives
- • Hands-on experience managing Partnerstack or similar partner relationship management (PRM) tools at scale
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret partner data, feedback, and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize program outcomes
- • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting complex partner value propositions to leadership and sales teams
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align partner initiatives with business goals
