• • As the Manager, you will be instrumental in the consolidation and rigorous analysis of critical financial information, including Operating Cash Flow (OCF), Capital Expenditures (CapEx), and Headcount. • • This role provides unique and high-level exposure to strategic initiatives that are at the forefront of the evolving media landscape. You will report directly to the VP of Global Streaming Finance, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• • A core responsibility of this position is to own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Global Streaming Platform Syndication business. This encompasses a comprehensive understanding and management of all financial aspects related to this key segment.
• • You will provide essential support across all facets of the annual budgeting process for both Operating Expenses (OpEx) and CapEx. This includes detailed planning, development of financial models, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• • Take a leading role in the quarterly forecasting cycles, meticulously analyzing performance, identifying key drivers, and projecting future financial outcomes with accuracy and foresight.
• • Manage and oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring all entries are accurate, complete, and timely. This involves detailed reconciliation, variance analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
• • Prepare and deliver insightful executive-level presentations that clearly articulate financial performance, highlight key variances, explain underlying trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Operating, HR, and Finance leads located in both the US and the UK. Your ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate it effectively will be crucial in telling a consistent, concise, and compelling financial story across different regions and departments.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and implement workflow efficiencies within the monthly close and forecasting cycles. This includes streamlining processes, leveraging technology, and driving best practices to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times.
• • Provide dedicated financial support for cost analysis initiatives. This will involve developing sophisticated financial models to evaluate cost drivers, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• • Undertake various ad-hoc financial requests and analyses as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a strong analytical capability to address emerging business needs and opportunities.
