- • As a Manager, Go-To-Market Analytics at GoTo, Inc., you will lead and scale the GTM analytics function to drive marketing efficiency, pipeline productivity, and revenue growth by transforming data into actionable insights for Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include scaling the GTM analytics engine by setting priorities and streamlining workflows, expanding stakeholder support through scalable dashboards and automated analyses, owning operational excellence in core reporting (KPIs, funnel performance, attribution), and driving revenue by improving attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
- • You will join GoTo’s Marketing team, which shapes the company’s global presence, voice, and vision by leveraging AI-driven insights and tools to power creative campaigns, connect with customers meaningfully, and fuel business growth in an environment where smart problem-solving and innovation are expected and rewarded.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic impact by mentoring team members, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, mastering advanced analytics tools, and directly contributing to revenue-generating initiatives while building expertise in Go-To-Market processes, funnel KPIs, and enterprise data ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong business and marketing acumen with deep understanding of Go-To-Market processes, funnel KPIs (MQLs, opportunities, pipeline), and how marketing performance connects to revenue
- • Advanced Excel proficiency (shortcuts, pivot tables, formulas) with ability to navigate datasets, manage data imports, and interpret different data formats
- • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) and strong understanding of dimensions, measures, filters, table calculations, LOD expressions, and data blending
- • Working knowledge of Touch Analytics (Salesforce CRM reporting, pipeline tracking) and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics), including acquisition reporting, lead form tracking, and eCommerce metrics
- • Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and self-start in learning internal data processes, reporting frameworks, and KPI definitions
