- • Own website performance as a core growth channel, driving key metrics including conversion rates, lead volume, and user engagement across critical journeys such as demo requests, free trials, and high-value content downloads.
- • Define, prioritize, and manage the website roadmap based on business impact, ensuring alignment with demand generation campaigns, product launches, and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives.
- • Identify and eliminate friction points in user flows to optimize the visitor-to-lead conversion path, improving overall site performance and lead quality.
- • Lead a structured conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, including A/B testing, personalization efforts, and data-driven experimentation to enhance performance across key pages and user segments.
- • Improve site structure, navigation, and overall user experience to ensure messaging is clear, differentiated, and aligned with target audience needs and buyer personas.
- • Own the intake, prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of all website initiatives, establishing clear processes to increase speed, visibility, and cross-functional alignment between marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- • Drive accountability for project delivery, ensuring all website initiatives are tied to measurable outcomes and completed on time with defined success metrics.
- • Partner closely with SEO and content teams to ensure the website is structured to attract and support high-quality organic traffic, maintaining strong technical and content fundamentals that support search visibility.
- • Utilize analytics and user behavior insights to guide strategic decisions, translating data into actionable improvements that directly contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- • Establish and maintain operational excellence in website governance, including workflow standardization, resource allocation, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
- • Ensure the website consistently supports Illumio’s Zero Trust positioning and breach containment messaging, reinforcing brand authority and technical differentiation in the cybersecurity market.
- • Lead a cross-functional web team to execute high-impact initiatives with agility, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with industry best practices in digital growth, web optimization, and user experience design, applying them to elevate Illumio’s digital presence as a market leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in web, digital, or growth marketing roles
- • Proven track record of improving website conversion rates and lead generation
- • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX optimization, and performance analytics
- • Experience managing cross-functional web initiatives and workflows
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies
- • Working knowledge of SEO and its role in supporting digital growth
