- • Lead a team of Implementation Analysts responsible for end-to-end delivery of healthcare data integrations across trading partners, vendors, and direct submitters.
- • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-production warranty support.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and production escalations, driving cross-functional resolution with engineering, product, and customer teams.
- • Partner in a co-manager model to balance team workload, ensure delivery consistency, and support team success across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- • Coach, develop, and manage performance of technical team members through regular 1:1s, feedback, and career growth planning.
- • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, workflows, and tools to enhance team efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to identify system gaps and align on delivery outcomes.
- • Support release cycles with occasional evening or weekend involvement as needed to ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction.
- • Act as a technical and operational liaison between internal teams and external healthcare trading partners, ensuring compliance with X12/HIPAA data standards.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for stakeholders at all levels.
- • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are evolving and requirements are not always clearly defined.
- • Maintain composure and confidence when managing high-pressure situations, including critical client escalations and production incidents.
- • Contribute to shaping how implementation delivery is structured and executed across the organization, influencing best practices and team collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience working with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions
- • Experience with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flow across systems
- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and escalations
- • 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments (not strictly “by the book”)
