- • Manager, Hiring & Internal Mobility at SimSpace Corporation leads a distributed team of Hiring & Internal Mobility Partners while managing a strategic requisition load, partnering with leadership to evolve global hiring strategy, and driving improvements in recruiting systems, processes, and internal mobility initiatives.
- • Day to day responsibilities include coaching recruiters and hiring managers, sourcing for critical technical and business roles, optimizing Ashby workflows and reporting, analyzing hiring metrics, shaping employer branding, and helping employees grow careers internally through mobility programs.
- • SimSpace is an AI Proving Ground founded by experts from U.S. Cyber Command and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, trusted by governments and enterprises to deliver realistic, live-fire cyber simulations that enhance security readiness and performance.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape talent strategy, influence company culture through human-centered hiring practices, develop leadership and systems-thinking skills, and drive innovation in recruiting operations while working with cross-functional partners across R&D, Product, GTM, G&A, and Professional Services.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading and developing distributed recruiting teams
- • Proven ability to manage strategic requisitions across technical and non-technical functions
- • Strong coaching and interpersonal skills with a focus on recruiter and hiring manager development
- • Expertise in optimizing recruiting systems such as Ashby, including workflow automation and data reporting
- • Background in designing and executing internal mobility and talent development initiatives
- • Analytical mindset with experience using hiring metrics and trends to inform decisions
