- • Join Aethos Saragano as a Manager in Training Intern to immerse yourself in the daily operations of a luxury hospitality destination nestled in the Umbrian countryside.
- • Gain hands-on experience managing all aspects of a 15-suite medieval stone village property, including guest services, spa operations, and the on-site restaurant, "Ceci."
- • Work directly with senior leadership to understand decision-making processes that prioritize guest wellbeing, community impact, and sustainable practices.
- • Participate in creating personalized guest experiences rooted in authentic Italian lifestyle and mindful hospitality, aligned with Aethos’ philosophy of respite from modern stress.
- • Contribute to maintaining the historical integrity of the village while integrating contemporary design elements that enhance guest comfort and aesthetic appeal.
- • Engage with local artisans, farmers, and community members to support the property’s commitment to sustainability and regional authenticity.
- • Learn how to balance luxury hospitality with environmental responsibility, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing.
- • Observe and assist in staffing, scheduling, and team development within a small, close-knit workforce where every role directly impacts guest satisfaction and company culture.
