📋 Description

• • Manager, Instructional and Content Design leads a virtual team to develop and manage enterprise-wide technical and job performance training solutions for DexCom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring technology.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the analysis, design, and development of complex training solutions; supporting implementation and evaluation; leading cross-functional teams; building relationships with stakeholders; and supporting HR L&D leadership initiatives such as strategy development and process improvement.
• • The role is part of DexCom’s Human Resources Learning & Development (HR L&D) team, which is dedicated to improving human health through innovative biosensing technology and a culture of integrity, innovation, and service.
