  • • Lead Landing Page Optimization (LPO) and conversion rate improvement for U.S. and EMEA acquisition funnels, owning end-to-end strategy, testing, and iteration of high-impact landing experiences.
  • • Design, build, and execute A/B, multivariate, personalization, and geo-targeted experiments using Contentful CMS to maximize conversion rates across paid, organic, and full-funnel traffic sources.
  • • Partner with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Web Engineering teams to align landing page messaging, visuals, and offers with audience intent and funnel stage.
  • • Develop frameworks connecting media intent (keywords, audiences) with on-page experience to ensure seamless ad-to-landing continuity and improve Quality Score.
  • • Utilize behavioral analytics tools including Hotjar, FullStory, and Microsoft Clarity to identify user drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities.
  • • Define, track, and report on key KPIs: conversion rate (CVR), bounce rate, funnel progression, form completion, MQL→SQL rates, and CAC efficiency.
  • • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or GA4 to visualize test performance and communicate insights across global teams.
  • • Analyze experiment data with statistical rigor to ensure significance, scalability, and actionable outcomes.
  • • Collaborate with Analytics and RevOps to integrate web performance data with Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo for end-to-end attribution and pipeline visibility.
  • • Monitor and optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and UX quality across U.S. and EMEA regions to ensure consistent user experience.
  • • Coordinate localization workflows with regional marketing teams to ensure compliance with GDPR and cultural accuracy in copy, layout, and design.
  • • Manage a continuous CRO experimentation pipeline, documenting learnings, winning variants, and creating reusable templates for global reuse.
  • • Serve as the internal advocate for data-driven UX decisions, promoting experimentation culture and continuous improvement across marketing and product teams.
  • • Work closely with Regional Marketing (APAC, EMEA, US) to align on global CRO best practices and scale successful optimizations across markets.
  • • Partner with Paid Media teams to test message consistency between ads and landing pages, driving lower CAC and higher downstream conversion rates.
  • • Ensure all landing experiences are optimized for compliance, accessibility, and regional legal requirements while maintaining brand integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Web Strategy, or Performance Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • • Proven success driving conversion improvements and reducing CAC through structured, data-led experimentation
  • • Experience using Contentful CMS for landing page development and testing
  • • Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, Salesforce (SFDC), and Marketo
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Econometrics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, UX Design, or related field
  • • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, UX principles, and performance analytics
