📋 Description

• • As a Manager, Lifecycle Marketing at Oportun, you will lead lifecycle strategy and execution for the mobile app, driving activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• • You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns—from strategy and prioritization to execution, testing, optimization, and compliance—working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Marketing to ensure timely, compliant, and effective communications.
