- ā¢ Manager, Marketing Operations role at Procurify Technologies Inc., a remote-first Canadian company building an AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market; this role enables a high-performing marketing organization through systems, data, and process optimization to ensure marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and efficient.
- ā¢ Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting campaign execution across channels, maintaining campaign tracking frameworks, optimizing lead lifecycle processes (capture, scoring, routing, nurture), managing marketing attribution and performance analysis, administering Marketo and Salesforce CRM, owning Intercom configuration for product usage-based targeting, building dashboards and reports for marketing KPIs, ensuring data quality and governance, and collaborating with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams.
- ā¢ The Marketing Operations team partners closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to optimize the lead lifecycle, improve marketing performance, and drive data-driven decision-making; reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, the role translates marketing requirements into scalable solutions using automation and AI tools.
- ā¢ In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS marketing operations, gain hands-on experience with modern marketing stacks (Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom, Gong, BI tools), deepen skills in marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and data governance, and contribute to AI-enabled workflow optimization while growing your impact on pipeline generation and marketing efficiency in a high-growth technology environment.
