- • Lead mid-market sales efforts for Employ’s portfolio of ATS solutions including Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR, targeting organizations with 500–5,000 employees.
- • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product capabilities, including AI Companions.
- • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and pipeline development to negotiation, closing, and onboarding of mid-market clients.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity with precision, ensuring visibility into pipeline health and revenue projections.
- • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers including HR leaders, talent acquisition managers, and C-suite stakeholders in mid-market companies.
- • Represent Employ at industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads in the mid-market segment.
- • Deliver product value propositions tailored to mid-market pain points, emphasizing time savings, scalability, and improved candidate experience.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for the mid-market segment while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on direct customer interactions to inform roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
- • Mentor and collaborate with junior sales representatives to share best practices and drive team-wide performance in the mid-market space.
- • Stay current on talent acquisition trends, competitor activity, and evolving HR technology landscapes to position Employ as a market leader.
- • Work cross-functionally with customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client retention post-sale.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility in scheduling while maintaining high responsiveness and collaboration across time zones.
- • Champion Employ’s people-first philosophy by prioritizing ethical sales practices, transparency, and customer trust in every interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS or HR technology sales, specifically within the mid-market segment
- • Experience selling ATS, HRIS, or recruitment technology solutions to HR and talent acquisition leaders
- • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach
- • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and autonomous environment
