• • The Manager of Finance Operations & Compliance will be instrumental in upholding the financial integrity and operational rigor of our finance department. This position uniquely blends core accounting oversight with a strong emphasis on financial compliance and sophisticated systems governance. You will be the architect of how financial data is captured, processed, and reported, ensuring seamless integration from project and operational teams into our accounting systems. Your primary objective will be to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulatory mandates, safeguarding the company's financial health and reputation.
• • Key responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
