• • As Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will build and grow the company's authentic presence across key platforms where customers engage—Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—ensuring Jerry participates meaningfully in conversations about car ownership, insurance, and repairs.
• • You will develop platform-specific playbooks for engagement, grow Jerry’s subreddits into trusted communities, and create scalable content strategies that maintain authenticity while leveraging AI where appropriate.
• • You will collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging, measure impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation, and represent Jerry with a genuine, non-corporate voice that earns trust and engagement.
