- • As Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will build and grow Jerry's authentic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok—where real conversations about car ownership happen—ensuring the brand participates meaningfully in communities rather than just managing them.
- • You will develop channel-specific playbooks for engagement, grow Jerry’s subreddits into trusted communities, create scalable content strategies that leverage AI without losing authenticity, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is building America’s first super app to simplify car ownership, used by over 5 million people, with a mission to make car ownership accessible and less burdensome through AI-powered tools for insurance, financing, repairs, and more.
- • In this role, you will learn to balance organic community trust with measurable impact, master platform-native communication in regulated industries, and build systems that scale authenticity—gaining expertise in community-driven growth, sentiment analysis, share of voice, and LLM citation tracking.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
- • Platform-native with a visceral dislike of corporate-speak—able to write in a tone that earns upvotes and moves naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
- • Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes—understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources
- • Proven ability to make 'boring' or 'stressful' categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
- • Patient, curious long-game player who values organic trust over quick PR wins
