- • Lead the development and execution of Jerry’s organic community strategy across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring authentic participation where customers actively engage with car ownership topics
- • Design and implement a scalable playbook for community engagement that defines when to post, respond, or remain silent on each platform, aligned with platform-specific norms and cultural expectations
- • Grow Jerry’s owned subreddits into trusted, self-sustaining communities by fostering meaningful conversations, moderating with empathy, and encouraging user-generated content that reflects real customer experiences
- • Build a content strategy that transforms complex, stressful topics like car insurance and repairs into accessible, human-centered narratives without resorting to corporate jargon or robotic tone
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in content distribution and response generation, while maintaining authenticity and ensuring all outputs reflect Jerry’s brand voice and values
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency, align community insights with broader marketing campaigns, and amplify high-performing organic content
- • Track and analyze key performance metrics including sentiment trends, share of voice relative to competitors, referral traffic from organic channels, and LLM citation sources to quantify community impact
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Jerry’s user community and product teams, surfacing recurring pain points, feature requests, and emerging customer narratives to inform product evolution
- • Monitor competitor and industry conversations across organic channels to identify opportunities for Jerry to lead conversations, correct misinformation, and position the brand as a trusted authority
- • Maintain strict compliance with financial and insurance regulations in all public communications, ensuring accuracy while preserving approachability and transparency
- • Cultivate long-term trust by prioritizing genuine engagement over short-term metrics or viral tactics, consistently demonstrating patience, curiosity, and deep understanding of user needs
- • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, cultural shifts, and emerging trends in fintech/insurtech communities to adapt strategy proactively and maintain relevance
- • Mentor and guide junior community contributors or content creators, establishing standards for tone, compliance, and engagement quality across all organic channels
- • Represent Jerry in high-visibility public forums with humility and expertise, earning credibility through thoughtful contributions rather than promotional messaging
- • Develop measurement frameworks that tie community health indicators directly to business outcomes such as user acquisition, retention, and NPS improvements
- • Maintain an up-to-date repository of community best practices, approved messaging templates, and compliance guidelines for internal use and onboarding
- • Actively participate in Reddit threads, Quora answers, TikTok comment sections, and YouTube discussion boards as a representative of Jerry, modeling the authentic voice expected from the team
- • Balance scalability with personalization—ensuring that as community growth occurs, individualized responses and relationship-building are preserved
- • Identify and nurture micro-influencers and power users within organic communities to become brand advocates through recognition, collaboration, and mutual value exchange
