- • As Manager, Organic Community & Channel Strategy at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the company’s authentic presence across key digital communities like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, where real conversations about car ownership happen outside the app.
- • You will build and scale Jerry’s organic engagement strategy by developing platform-specific playbooks, growing trusted communities (especially subreddits), and ensuring consistent, value-driven interactions that reflect the brand’s voice without corporate-speak.
- • You will collaborate with Growth and Content teams to align messaging, leverage AI thoughtfully for scale, and measure impact through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to inform strategy.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in community-driven growth, learn how to humanize complex financial and insurance topics in regulated spaces, and help shape how a fast-growing tech brand builds lasting trust in organic channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated industry
- • Proven ability to engage authentically on platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora with a tone that earns trust and avoids corporate jargon
- • Strategic mindset with experience building scalable systems for community engagement, including understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
