- • As a Manager, Paid Media (Mobile) at DEPT Holding B.V., you will lead the execution and optimization of mobile app acquisition campaigns for enterprise clients, driving measurable growth through data-informed strategies across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and other mobile ad networks.
- • Day to day, you will manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance; troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues with MMPs; build campaign structures and tracking links; execute A/B tests across creatives and audiences; and serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email and weekly status calls.
- • You will join a global, innovative team of 2,500+ digital specialists across 30+ locations on 5 continents, working within a B Corp-certified agency that values purpose-driven work, inclusivity, and autonomy—where your ideas directly contribute to client success and company innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mobile user acquisition, strengthen your analytical and client-facing skills, and build the foundation to advance into a Senior Account Manager role through hands-on ownership of campaign execution and continuous learning in emerging mobile channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role
- • Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Google Search, Applovin, or similar mobile acquisition channels
- • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava and mobile attribution concepts
- • Strong understanding of mobile KPIs and app install media buying tactics
- • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Clear and confident written and verbal communication abilities
- • Self-starter mentality with capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies
