• • As the Manager, Partner Club Relationships & Strategy Analytics, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AAA's distribution partnerships and enterprise strategy. This pivotal role leads a dedicated team of three analysts, tasked with transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights. Your work will directly influence critical decisions regarding partnership strategy, product alignment, pricing performance, competitive positioning, and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring CSAA Insurance Group remains a leader in personal lines property and casualty insurance.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass strategic analytics leadership, where you will define and execute the analytics vision that underpins AAA's distribution partnership strategy. This involves translating high-level enterprise goals into measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and robust performance frameworks. You will be at the forefront of driving forward-looking insights that inform crucial areas such as pricing strategies, actuarial and underwriting collaborations, product enhancements, and market expansion efforts. A key aspect of this role is elevating the analytics function from mere descriptive reporting to generating predictive and prescriptive insights, providing a significant competitive advantage. You will also partner cross-functionally with Product, Actuarial, Finance, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing teams, acting as a strategic advisor to influence key decisions and drive alignment across the organization.
• • A significant part of your role will involve executive reporting and influence. You will own the analytics for regular business reviews with AAA clubs and other distribution partners, ensuring performance is transparent and actionable. This includes developing executive-level reporting tailored for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other senior stakeholders. Presenting these insights with clarity, confidence, and a strategic perspective will be paramount, as you will be expected to challenge assumptions using data-backed recommendations and provide thought leadership on performance trends, risk portfolio shifts, and competitive intelligence. Your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives will be key to influencing strategic direction.
• • You will also focus on partnership performance and competitive intelligence. This involves diligently monitoring critical metrics such as growth, retention, profitability, member satisfaction, operational performance, and product adoption across all partnerships. You will lead comprehensive competitive benchmarking and market analysis across various club territories, identifying potential risks, emerging opportunities, and shifts in the market landscape. Furthermore, you will support contract performance tracking and contribute to strategic planning efforts, ensuring that partnership agreements are optimized for mutual success.
• • Modernizing and automating reporting infrastructure is another core responsibility. You will assess and enhance the current reporting infrastructure, driving automation and dashboard standardization to improve efficiency and scalability across the analytics function. This includes implementing streamlined data governance practices and ensuring reporting consistency. You will identify opportunities to integrate advanced analytics tools, APIs, and data pipelines to further optimize processes and reduce manual reporting cycles, thereby improving the quality and timeliness of insights.
• • Finally, you will excel in team leadership and talent development. You will lead and nurture a high-performing team of three analysts, establishing clear performance expectations and personalized development plans. Your role will involve coaching your team on analytical storytelling, business knowledge and acumen, and executive communication skills. You will foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, curiosity, strategic thinking, and collaboration, building bench strength within the team to support future enterprise growth and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will also serve as the crucial analytics bridge between the Partner Relationships and Strategy team and various enterprise functions, ensuring alignment of metrics and definitions and supporting enterprise initiatives that require partnership data and insights.
