  • • As a Manager, Performance Marketing, Paid Social at Airwallex, you will lead high-impact paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth for a global fintech leader valued at $8B, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building the future of global payments and financial infrastructure.
  • • You will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across the full funnel—awareness, consideration, and conversion—ensuring every dollar spent delivers strong ROI by leveraging data-driven audience segmentation, CRM integration, and rigorous testing frameworks.
  • • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed Marketing team of over 2,000 innovators across 26 offices, working alongside Product Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to align paid social efforts with broader go-to-market strategies and territorial sales goals.
  • • You will deepen your expertise in B2B paid social, audience enrichment, attribution modeling, and cross-functional growth engineering, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-grade tools like Salesforce, Marketo, BigQuery, Looker, and ABM platforms while shaping Airwallex’s global demand generation engine.
  • • You will develop leadership and strategic influence by serving as the internal subject matter expert on LinkedIn and Meta best practices, mentoring peers, and driving innovation in audience targeting, creative testing, and incrementality measurement—positioning yourself for advancement into senior growth or marketing leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B paid social marketing with demonstrable success scaling campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta for SME and mid-market audiences.
  • • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo, including Smart Lists, workflows, and lead lifecycle integration, to connect campaign data to leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently query, segment, and transform audience data using SQL and tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Looker to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • • Deep understanding of paid media metrics, attribution modeling, ROI measurement, and experience running incrementality, brand lift, or geo-lift studies to assess true business impact.
  • • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across marketing, sales, analytics, finance, and regional teams in fast-paced, global environments.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
