• • As a Benefit Marketing Analyst at OneDigital Health and Benefits, LLC, you will play a key role in evaluating insurance contracts and developing marketing materials that help clients make informed decisions about their ancillary benefit packages, directly contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
• • Day to day, you will assess the competitiveness of insurance proposals, create RFPs and marketing presentations, collaborate with sales teams to align strategies, maintain accurate client records in management systems, and use APIs and digital tools to streamline quoting and workflow processes.
• • You will join Centro Benefits Research, a fast-growing team within OneDigital that combines the agility of a startup with the stability of an industry leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, kindness, hard work, and continuous personal and professional development.
