  • • Own the full sales cycle for Turkey’s most ambitious mid-market and enterprise brands—from first cold outreach to signed contract and successful hand-off to Customer Success—while carrying a multi-million-dollar annual quota.
  • • Act as a strategic “hunter” who maps white-space accounts, builds multi-threaded relationships with C-suite, VP Marketing, CRM, and Digital leaders, and converts them into Insider One advocates through consultative, insight-led selling.
  • • Translate complex customer data, martech, and AI challenges into clear ROI stories, delivering tailored demos, business cases, and proposals that prove how our CDP, AI decisioning engine, and omnichannel orchestration will accelerate revenue and retention.
  • • Partner daily with our SDR team to craft hyper-targeted outbound sequences, account-based campaigns, and event strategies that fill the top of funnel with qualified opportunities and compress sales cycles.
  • • Keep your finger on the pulse of Turkey’s e-commerce, retail, and banking ecosystems—tracking competitor moves, regulatory shifts, and emerging channels (e.g., WhatsApp Commerce, RCS, in-app stories) to position Insider One two steps ahead.
  • • Maintain a meticulous, always-current pipeline in Salesforce, forecasting revenue within 5 % accuracy and presenting weekly deal reviews that give leadership full transparency into risk, upside, and required resources.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional “win squads” across Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Pricing, and Partner Success to deliver pilots, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding plans that de-risk decisions and accelerate signature.
  • • Negotiate complex commercials—multi-year subscriptions, tiered usage, professional services, and global roll-outs—while protecting ACV, net-revenue retention, and long-term account expansion potential.
  • • Champion our social-impact ethos by introducing prospects to programs like SheCodes and AI Training for Teachers, turning procurement conversations into partnerships that deliver both profit and purpose.
  • • Travel across Turkey and occasionally to EMEA offices for QBRs, user forums, and industry summits, turning every face-to-face moment into pipeline momentum and brand amplification.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of our sales playbooks, sharing battle-tested talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive kill sheets that elevate the entire TR sales floor.
  • • Mentor rising Account Executives and SDRs, embedding a culture of high ownership, radical candor, and celebration of wins that turns Istanbul into the fastest-growing revenue hub in the region.
