- ⢠Build and maintain paid media performance dashboards to visualize campaign effectiveness across digital channels
- ⢠Monitor and validate marketing attribution and conversion tracking accuracy to ensure reliable data for decision-making
- ⢠Integrate advertising platforms with internal data systems including Salesforce and analytics tools to unify reporting sources
- ⢠Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to marketing leadership with clear insights and recommendations
- ⢠Implement and manage campaign tagging, UTM parameters, and tracking codes to ensure data integrity across all paid channels
- ⢠Maintain data hygiene by auditing tracking systems, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring consistency in reporting standards
- ⢠Identify performance trends and anomalies across paid media channels to inform optimization strategies and budget reallocation
- ⢠Support budget pacing models by analyzing spend vs. performance metrics and flagging deviations in real-time
- ⢠Assist in the design and analysis of campaign experiments to measure incremental impact and improve ROI
- ⢠Collaborate with demand generation teams to align reporting frameworks with business goals and KPIs
- ⢠Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive improvements in lead generation and customer acquisition efficiency
- ⢠Ensure alignment between marketing operations workflows and sales enablement systems through Salesforce reporting integration
- ⢠Provide ongoing support for marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate lead flow tracking and nurture campaign measurement
- ⢠Stay current with industry standards in performance marketing and attribution modeling to recommend process improvements
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠4+ years experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or performance marketing reporting
- ⢠Experience working with Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, SQL, and BI reporting tools (Snowflake preferred)
- ⢠Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
- ⢠Familiarity with marketing attribution and conversion tracking, specifically incrementality studies
- ⢠Experience with Salesforce reporting
- ⢠Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
