- • As Manager of Email and SMS Strategy and Operation at ALSAC, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lifecycle and promotional messaging programs to support St. Jude’s mission of finding cures and saving children. This role is critical in driving engagement, conversion, and long-term customer value through data-led communication strategies that balance customer experience, operational excellence, and compliance.
- • You will manage a team responsible for email and SMS execution, partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Creative, and Compliance teams, oversee campaign QA and deployment workflows, establish and monitor KPIs, lead A/B testing strategies, and ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA, and internal governance standards.
- • ALSAC is the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, one of the world’s most iconic and respected nonprofits. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in email and/or SMS marketing
- • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in direct management and/or leadership
- • Hands-on experience with enterprise email/SMS platforms and marketing automation tools
- • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, deliverability, and compliance
- • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and measure impact
