Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale, high-impact events that put DXC Technology on center stage. From marquee industry conferences to intimate executive roundtables, you will orchestrate experiences that accelerate pipeline growth, deepen customer loyalty, and showcase our innovation story to the world.
- • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to translate business objectives into unforgettable event strategies. You will translate complex technical narratives into immersive, customer-centric journeys that resonate across every touchpoint.
- • Build and manage event budgets that stretch every dollar into measurable ROI. You will forecast spend, negotiate vendor contracts, and track real-time performance metrics—ensuring every activation delivers quantifiable value and supports our aggressive growth targets.
- • Lead cross-functional “tiger teams” through every phase of event execution: concept design, venue sourcing, creative production, speaker coaching, on-site logistics, and post-event nurture campaigns. Your project plans will be the single source of truth that keeps global stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- • Drive DXC’s presence at third-party hosted events—Gartner Symposium, AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, and more. You will secure premium booth placement, curate executive speaking slots, and design lead-capture playbooks that turn foot traffic into qualified pipeline within 48 hours.
- • Champion immersive customer engagement tactics—interactive demos, AR/VR showcases, executive lounges, and live social walls—that transform passive attendees into active brand advocates. You will pilot emerging technologies and share best practices across the global marketing organization.
- • Architect detailed run-of-show documents, risk-mitigation plans, and contingency protocols that ensure flawless execution—even when flights are delayed, Wi-Fi fails, or keynote speakers miss their mark. Your calm under pressure will be the glue that holds everything together.
- • Analyze event performance with surgical precision: MQLs generated, pipeline influenced, NPS uplift, and social share-of-voice. You will translate raw data into executive-ready dashboards and actionable recommendations that shape next-quarter strategy.
- • Coach and mobilize sales teams on-site, equipping them with real-time battle cards, lead-qualification scripts, and post-event follow-up cadences. Your enablement sessions will turn every handshake into a high-value opportunity.
- • Stay on the bleeding edge of event trends—hybrid formats, sustainability practices, DEI considerations, and AI-powered personalization. You will pilot bold experiments and scale the winners across our global event portfolio.
- • Embrace a remote-first work style that balances deep-focus planning with high-energy on-site execution. Whether you’re dialing in from your home office or orchestrating a 10,000-person conference, you will model DXC’s commitment to flexibility and results.
- • Travel up to 25% of the year—sometimes on short notice—to ensure every activation meets the gold standard. Your passport will be as important as your laptop, and your adaptability will inspire the teams around you.
