📋 Description

• As the LATAM Marketing Manager at Amboss Technologies Inc., you will own the development and execution of localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue across Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s presence in a high-potential region.
• You will develop a deep understanding of LATAM markets, adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts, plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social (leveraging platforms like Meta and WhatsApp), monitor and optimize campaign performance using data, and own end-to-end project management while collaborating cross-functionally with global teams.

• In this role, you will develop strategic marketing expertise in emerging markets, gain hands-on experience with data-driven campaign optimization in resource-constrained environments, build cross-functional leadership skills, and deepen your cultural fluency across diverse LATAM audiences while contributing directly to the company’s global growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Latin America
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including region-specific channel dynamics (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp)
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
