  • • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for ClassDojo’s consumer portfolio—Dojo Islands, Dojo Sparks, and ClassDojo Plus—used by tens of millions of families every week. You will translate product vision into crisp positioning, emotionally resonant storytelling, and high-impact launch campaigns that drive measurable adoption, activation, and revenue.
  • • Design and execute full-funnel lifecycle marketing across in-app surfaces, email, push, web, and community channels. You’ll map key parent and child journeys, identify high-intent moments, and craft experiments that lift trial starts, feature engagement, and weekly active use.
  • • Build repeatable playbooks for feature releases that scale globally. From naming and messaging to pricing tests and rollout sequencing, you will institutionalize best practices that the entire product org can leverage, resulting in consistent ARR growth and deeper product-market fit.
  • • Launch and iterate growth experiments at velocity. You’ll partner with Data and Creative to A/B test positioning, creative formats, onboarding flows, and referral loops—turning insights into 10%+ lifts in conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • • Establish a world-class voice-of-customer program. You’ll synthesize qualitative parent feedback, in-product behavior, and community sentiment into actionable insights that shape roadmap priorities and sharpen messaging for diverse family segments.
  • • Collaborate daily with Product, Design, Data, and Creative in a high-autonomy, low-process environment. You’ll influence product strategy pre-build, co-create launch assets, and ensure every pixel and word ladders up to a cohesive brand narrative.
  • • Champion an experimentation culture rooted in urgency, structure, and clarity. You’ll set ambitious OKRs, define success metrics, and communicate results transparently—pioneering the future of education marketing while inspiring teammates to do the best work of their careers.
  • • Serve as the connective tissue between consumer insights and executive storytelling. You’ll distill complex product capabilities into simple, delightful narratives that resonate with parents, kids, and educators worldwide, reinforcing ClassDojo’s mission to give every child an education they love.
