• • Day to day, you will define and execute CRM strategies across Email, SMS, Push, and In-app channels; own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to churn prevention; plan, launch, and optimize campaigns with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and ROI; analyze performance metrics like LTV, retention, and conversion; collaborate with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams; test new mechanics and offers tailored to the Polish audience; monitor competitors and market trends in the Polish iGaming landscape; and ensure compliance with local regulations and responsible gaming practices.
