📋 Description

• As the Head of Growth for Anglophone Africa at LemFi, you will lead the expansion of a rapidly growing financial ecosystem serving the Global South, with direct accountability for user acquisition, transaction volume, revenue, and unit economics across key remittance corridors.
• You will define and execute market entry and penetration strategies, drive end-to-end user lifecycle management from acquisition to retention, optimize growth funnels in partnership with Product, and lead cross-functional execution across Ops, CRM, and Partnerships to ensure scalable, mission-aligned growth.
• LemFi is a Series B fintech company with over 400 employees across 20+ countries, processing over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, building a complete financial platform for immigrants to stay connected, build stability, and create wealth.
• You will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing growth team, shape the future of diaspora financial services at scale, and make a tangible impact by putting money back into families’ pockets and expanding financial inclusion for underserved communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Growth, Marketing, and Commercial leadership roles within B2C fintech.
• Proven track record scaling fintech, payments, remittances, or consumer financial products.
• Deep expertise in Anglophone African markets and diaspora-led growth strategies.
• Strong command of growth funnels, CRM, paid media, partnerships, and community-led growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional performance targets, budgets, CAC, and LTV.
