- • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date sales records
- • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposal generation, and sales documentation
- • Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards to inform team strategy
- • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients
- • Assist in onboarding new clients and facilitate smooth handoffs from sales to delivery or account management teams
- • Manage inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate members of the sales team
- • Maintain, organize, and update sales collateral, templates, and shared resource libraries
- • Identify process inefficiencies within the sales workflow and support initiatives for continuous improvement
- • Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment across the full sales cycle
- • Work remotely in US time zones (EST–PST) with high reliability and responsiveness
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision
- • Ensure all sales-related documentation is properly filed, accessible, and compliant with internal standards
- • Utilize Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) for daily collaboration
- • Record a video as part of the mandatory application process to be considered for the role
- • Maintain strict attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- • Support sales operations functions including workflow automation, document management, and proposal tools
- • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional and client-facing contexts
- • Demonstrate proven ability to thrive in remote work environments with prior experience supporting US or UK-based companies
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity
- • Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
